No. There is no initial commission. We only charge the owner our fees equivalent to one month's rent for managing the search, advertising, viewings, selection and formalisation of the contract. After that, the monthly fee corresponding to the plan chosen by the owner is applied.
According to Law 12/2023, of 24 May, on the Right to Housing, which modifies Article 20 of the LAU, the costs of property management and contract formalisation must be borne by owners when they are legal entities.
